Les propriétaires souhaitaient refaire leur maison au coeur du mont-royal. Nous sommes intervenus sur les 3 étages du bâtiment. Au rdc l’ensemble du salon, de la cuisine et de la salle à manger sont à aire ouverte. Les clients m'ont mandaté pour pouvoir avoir une grande cuisine qui leur permette de recevoir des restaurateurs et faire des degustations de vin.
Pour ouvrir l'espace nous avons dû supprimer des murs porteurs et fermer l'ancien accès au sous-sol. L'ensemble des mobiliers intégrés, les portes coulissantes et la banquette ont été faits sur-mesure. nous avons travaillé un concept de veille brasserie française revisitée. Les matières principales sont bois bleu marine teinté, le noyer, les coutures et le rembourrage de la banquette, le verre flute des rangements. Nous avons travaillé sur une cuisine ouverte, un ilôt, un espace banquette pouvant recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes et une grande verrière pour séparer l'espace cuisine du salon. Pour réaliser le projet dans son ensemble, les composantes techniques ont été complexes :- enchevêtrement des structures, cacher les rails des portes coulissantes

The owners wanted to redo their home in the heart of Mount Royal. We intervened on all three floors of the building. On the ground floor, the entire living room, kitchen, and dining room are open-plan. Clients have asked to have a large kitchen that allows them to receive restaurant owners and do wine tastings.
To open up the space we needed to remove the load-bearing walls and close the old access to the basement. All of the integrated furniture, the sliding doors, and the bench were all custom-made. We have worked on a concept inspired by an old French brasserie. The primary materials are navy blue stained wood, walnut, the seams and the upholstery of the bench, and the flute glass of the storage. We worked on an open kitchen, including an island, a bench space that can accommodate up to 12 people, and a large glass partition to separate the kitchen and living room.
